Course Detail: When the lease negotiations are complete and the landlord or listing agent
has prepared the final lease document for signature, you need to know the next steps in the
process. In this course, we will review how to prepare the required documents to attach to the
lease with the tenant’s signature on it. We will also review the importance of the tenant’s proof
of insurance, obtaining the move-in funds and calculating lease commission, along with the
final last steps of the lease process.
