To provide quality buyer representation requires a range of abilities, skills, knowledge and
training. The services required include understanding market trends, how to analyze an
investment, knowledge of the best commercial real estate practices and highly effective
negotiation skills. While all of those quality will improve over time with more transactional
experience, there’s other knowledge that will also enhance your ability for you when
representing commercial buyers.
Preferred Prerequisites. It is highly recommended that you take two basic courses before
taking the Buyer Representation Courses:
CRE-100 Introduction to Commercial Real Estate and
CRE-102 Introduction to Commercial Buyer’s Representation
